Design and Technology
The game’s very best gloves all feature a balance of Cabretta leather material and precision stickwork. North Coast Golf gloves are no different and are made to rival the most premium gloves in golf. Our Experience
Having played golf competitively, I almost exclusively wear 100% Cabretta leather golf gloves. The advantages of Cabretta leather are the lightweight profiles, snug fit, and responsive tackiness that allows your club to stay in place on diverse weather and temperature days. North Coast Golf gloves had a lot to live up to when compared to the major players in the golf glove space. The fit and feel of the North Coast glove were outstanding and their durability is impressive. I used the North Coast Golf glove for 4 rounds of play and 3 full testing and practice sessions. Two of these rounds were played in temperatures above 90°F and the gloves remained in place and kept me connected to my clubs.
Recommending a single glove to every golfer is difficult. So many personal preferences must be tailored to in order to meet the desires of each player. However, the North Coast Golf gloves are second to none when comparing premium feel and a performance fit.
Specs
The North Coast Golf gloves are available in three different styles, and range through six sizes beginning at Men’s Small and terminating at Men’s XXL. Ladies sizes will be made available soon. I did notice that the North Coast glove ran a bit larger than other 100% Cabretta models I have worn so think about sizing down if you prefer a snug fit.
Conclusion
Your golf glove of choice will depend first on how much you can spend and how often you will need to replace your glove. Premium Cabretta options will offer the largest performance gains for players but if your budget is tight, spending less for your gloves may be a better option.
