To start, the AirX sole is significantly wider than the soles of other premium lob wedges. This keeps the leading edge from digging into the turf while also allowing the club to slide smoothly through the grass. In short, it provides plenty of relief on both fat and thin shots.
The lie angle is significantly more upright too. While you have to squat down and move farther from the ball with most traditional lob wedges, such isn’t the case with the H7. You’re able to remain close to your work for added consistency and control.
The face also features an alignment aid that lets you know exactly where the club is pointing. All too often you’re left guessing with traditional wedges.

Our Experience
One of the guys in my weekly grip showed up at the first tee the other day grinning from ear to ear. He’s generally a gregarious guy, but I could tell he was really excited about something.
It didn’t take long before he started telling us all about the new H7 Hummingbird Wedge he’d put in his bag.
Even though most of us had never heard of the Hummingbird Wedge, his reviews were pretty convincing. The proof was in the pudding. This guy isn’t a great player and tends to miss a lot of greens.
